REASON: We were stuck in between the specs given by the company and the trials that the client was doing based on those specs for PV Input Capacity. Supposedly, the input capacity was lower than what it stated on the label and a system update was required for it to function based on the label. Client was not willing to hold it till then and returned this for another inverter. This is now updated and we are working with the company to get the new spec labels for the same.
